1. User responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload, share, or transmit does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
Do not post or distribute material unless you own the rights, have permission, or are otherwise legally allowed to use it.
2. Project rights
The Persona name, branding, interface, original design, and project materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Unauthorized copying, resale, extraction, or redistribution of protected Persona materials is prohibited unless expressly permitted.
3. Reports of infringement
Copyright or intellectual-property notices may be sent to [email protected].
A notice should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, and sufficient information for Persona to review the request.
4. Response to notices
Persona may remove content, limit access, or preserve records while reviewing an infringement notice.
Persona may request additional information and may reject incomplete, abusive, or clearly unsupported complaints.
5. Repeat violations
Repeated or serious infringement may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or account termination.
Persona may retain relevant records when reasonably necessary for legal, security, or abuse-prevention purposes.
6. No guarantee
Persona reviews complaints at its discretion and does not guarantee a particular outcome, response time, or enforcement action.
Submitting a complaint does not create contractual obligations or a duty to provide individualized legal advice.
