A donation is not payment for registration, access, an account, a feature, a special status or digital goods.
A donation does not guarantee:
- registration or account creation;
- continued access to the service;
- special features, privileges or visibility;
A donation also does not guarantee:
- priority support or response times;
- specific development decisions;
- specific product roadmap items;
- individual moderation outcomes;
- dedicated infrastructure or resource allocation;
- manual review of any request.
Donations:
- do not create contractual obligations on the part of the project;
- are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law;
- do not create a right to claims regarding access or product decisions.
4. Payments and fees
- Payments may be processed by third parties, including banks and payment systems.
- Those parties may charge fees.
- The project does not control such fees and is not responsible for them.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The project is provided as is.
There is no guarantee of:
- availability;
- stability;
- absence of errors;
- proper operation of all features.
The project may be:
- changed;
- restricted;
- suspended;
- terminated,
at any time without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
The project is not liable for any consequences, including but not limited to:
- direct or indirect losses;

- loss of access;
- lost profits;

By making a donation, the sender:
