This policy explains what is prohibited when using Persona, including website features, messaging, payments, uploads, and connected services.
It applies to all accounts, visitors, integrations, automation, and technical access to Persona infrastructure.
2. No unlawful or harmful use
You may not use Persona for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, exploitation, threats, or distribution of prohibited or harmful material.
You may not use Persona to support violence, organized abuse, malware, phishing, credential theft, or evasion of safety restrictions.
3. No abuse of the platform
Do not scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or degrade Persona systems, ranking, delivery, storage, or availability.
Bulk automation, spam, fake engagement, artificial amplification, and attempts to bypass rate limits or access controls are prohibited.
4. Security and account integrity
Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, sessions, tokens, endpoints, admin surfaces, logs, or private data.
You must not share stolen credentials, exploit vulnerabilities, intercept communications, or test systems without explicit authorization.
5. Enforcement and restrictions
Persona may suspend requests, limit features, remove content, block access, or terminate accounts when this policy is violated or abuse is suspected.
Persona may also preserve records, apply technical mitigations, and cooperate with legitimate security or legal processes where appropriate.
