Harassment, threats, humiliation, hate speech, stalking, doxxing, and coordinated abuse are not allowed.
2. Safety and illegal content
You may not use Persona to publish, send, or promote illegal content, violence, exploitation, terrorism, or self-harm.
Content that creates an immediate safety risk may be removed or restricted without prior notice.
3. Privacy and personal data
Do not publish private, confidential, or intimate information about other people without a lawful basis or clear consent.
Impersonation, phishing, deceptive identity use, and attempts to obtain credentials or sensitive data are prohibited.
4. Spam and manipulation
Spam, bulk messaging, fake engagement, artificial amplification, and repetitive low-value promotion are not allowed.
Unauthorized automation, scraping, scripted abuse, or attempts to manipulate ranking, messaging, or discovery systems are prohibited.
5. Enforcement
Persona may limit visibility, remove content, restrict features, require additional verification, or suspend accounts when rules are violated.
Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent restrictions or account removal.
6. Reports and appeals
Users may report accounts, messages, or content through available support or moderation channels.
Persona reviews reports at its discretion and may not provide individual explanations, timelines, or appeal outcomes.
